Scrivia provides AI-assisted clinical documentation tools for mental health professionals. By using Scrivia you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with your professional licensing requirements.

Not a substitute for clinical judgment

Notes generated by Scrivia are AI-assisted drafts. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all notes before they become part of any clinical record. Scrivia does not provide clinical advice.

Patient information

Do not enter personally identifiable patient information into Scrivia. Use anonymized descriptions, initials, or client numbers only. You are responsible for maintaining HIPAA compliance in your practice.

Subscriptions and billing

Scrivia Solo is billed at $49 per month. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you have a concern.

Limitation of liability

Scrivia is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service including errors in generated notes.
